Don't Starve: Pocket Edition App Reviews

I really like the PC version of this game. Sadly, this iOS port stutters badly and the controls are simply not optimised for touch. The game is playable of course, its just not that much fun on a 6S Plus.

Dont starve is one of my favorite games on PC and would be on mobile if the controls werent so bad. But knowing klei they will most likely fix it. Just buy at your own risk.

Ive played this on PC, PS4, and Vita. The touchscreen controls are well adapted but you often end up attacking when you dont mean to. Be prepared to run from pigs

I love the app, its great for mobile and I havent had zero problems. Im glad that you can get Reign of Giants on there. I wish you can play the shipwreck DLC, it would be nice for the next update that you can either but the DLC or be able to use it freely.

I am a huge fan of Dont starve, so from experience I know how you can get sucked into the game. I bought the game when it first came out in the App Store. I had not played it before and was looking for something new and exciting this game did what I wanted. All I ask is some of the DLCs to Pocket edition.

This is a great game and you may not want to buy at first glance especially with that price, however this is an amazing game and in my opinion I think it was every last one of the dollars I spent on it! The only few notes I would say are... There is no multiplayer yet which will most likely be in a future update, the 2nd DLC is not available as of now, and the crafting is a little buggy but other than these few notes the game is great!

Dont starve is an amazing survival game and is well worth $5. I have a great time playing but would really like to see the shipwrecked dlc added to the game!!! That would awesome! Thanks for making this amazing experience!

This game is amazing. Beyond basic survival game with so many interesting things to create and find out. Im currently on day 20 and still finishing out new stuff (on my iPhone 5c!) Few complaints like the controls. For example, its hard to place things in an orderly fashion because you cant click like on PC. Another thing is that when you click to creat, lets say rope; it sometimes clicks whats under it. But really, thats all. Itd be nice if it had an analog stick to move too. Thatd be great haha. UPDATE. Im now on a iPhone 6s+. Its really annoying because all the buttons are too small. UPDATE AT LEAST THAT PLEASE.

Im really glad you guys made a pocket edition version of this game and is Probably one of my favorite games on the App Store but the movement controls are really bad fix that and this would be the absolute best app on the AppStore :)

My phone cannot delete this app. It stopped working at the last update and now I cannot remove it and make more space for other apps.

The more I played this game, the more obsessed I became. This is by far the most detailed and intricate IOS game I have encountered. Its fun to mess around in sandbox mode, but to really exploit the full power of the game, do some research on the wiki or Steam Community website. There are infinite possibilities. This game is a steal and will keep you entertained for some time to come. Just be prepared for obsession!

This game is turning out to be lots of fun. I am just starting to get the hang of it, but an official tutorial would have been very helpful.

I love dont stave, it is an amazing game that I really enjoy playing. I play on my computer all the time but on my IPod it lags VERY bad all the time and crashes before I can even finish one day! This is a problem that needs to be fixed, otherwise this game is worthless and you just need to get it on the computer if you want to play Dont Starve.

Me and my sister bought his game, and we have been living it! In the next update can you please make it multiplayer, that is if you guys update it again though. The game is great, and I actually like the controls. I think you guys put a lot of work and effort into remaking this game for the IOS companion. So thank you very much.
